Enhance your woodworking projects with our Microballoons. These hollow phenolic resin spheres feature a distinctive reddish/brown coloration, making them perfect for cosmetic fillet joints and fillers in wood construction. They are also ideal for structural adhesives in less demanding applications on softer timbers like cedar. They also have slightly better sag resistant properties than the white bubbles.

Key Features:

  • Excellent sanding characteristics for a smooth finish
  • Not recommended for use with polyester or vinylester resins due to potential styrene attack
  • Increase volume and reduce density of resin systems
  • Used to create adhesive mixes and filling & fairing mixes
  • Brown microsphere filler powder for making glues or paste fillers
Please note that when storing Microballoons, it is crucial to exclude air to prevent moisture absorption, which can affect the performance of the filled mix.
